The property is perfectly located above a cute café, with amazing staff and only 4 intimate rooms. Made-to-order breakfast options with delicious ingredients. Smart and comfortable decor, with large bathrooms in both rooms.
Felt so well looked after, couldn't find anything to complain about.

The breakfast was very tasty, and the café was kept stocked. Clean units with large bed, bath, for example, and the staff were extremely friendly. The hotel was in a very central setting close to the bus station.

The location of Davenford Stow Gardens was perfect for exploring the charming town. It was just a stone's throw away from The Porch House Inn, which made for a delightful evening stroll. Upon arrival, the owners were welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. They promptly showed us to our room, explaining the light fixtures and breakfast times. Despite being situated on the main street, the room was surprisingly quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.
Though there were a few drawbacks, such as a quirky entrance through a tea house cafe and a flight of stairs that might pose a challenge for those with limited mobility, I found the room itself to be quite charming. The document in the room informed us that stays of two nights or less would not be serviced, but this did not bother us as it was clearly stated beforehand.

Absolutely loved our stay at this incredible B&B in the heart of the village! The location was mind-blowing, surrounded by charming shops. Cliff and his team were super welcoming and made us feel right at home. The filled croissants for breakfast were jaw-droppingly delicious - bacon for hubby, cinnamon and apple for me. The variety of fruit, toast, and cereal was a great start to our day. Can't wait to go back for the amazing vegan options and comfy bed!

The staff were very friendly and offered us a beautiful room with comfortable bed. The hotel had amazing and particularly good location really close to the lovely restaurants nearby, the shops pubs and restaurants and the centre of town. Plus, a medieval-built church was close by.

Free WiFi was a miracle, like finding a unicorn in the middle of nowhere. Went cycling and hiking, became one with nature. Couldn't Google where I was, but hey, who needs that?
Silly me, expecting basic human decency.
